YARASA Vertical (Tilting,Rotating)

SingleLift developed the Bat series for production lines. Bat series vacuum lifters are designed to be used in the production lines of glass, marble, ceramics and wood materials.

We are pleased to introduce the SL-PVL-500VRT model of the Bat series, which features vertical lift, 90 degree rotation and 90 degree tilt.

The SL-PVL-500VRT model has a total of 6 suction cups, 2 in the middle and 4 on the sides. Large windows can be easily lifted by extending the suction cups attached to the extension arms.

While the SL-PVL-500VRT/DPL model can be fitted with a 4-shaft pneumatic lift cylinder in the stroke desired by the customer, the SL-PVL-500VRT/SPL model can be fitted with a single-shaft pneumatic lift cylinder. The SL-PVL-500VRT/EW can be fitted with a lifting eye for installation on electric hoists.

Thanks to the four-shaft specially designed pneumatic cylinder used in the SL-PVL-500VRT/PL model, mass drift is prevented during transportation.

The SL-PVL-500VRT model provides high torque thanks to its boxer pneumatic cylinders and can easily turn masses caught off-center up to 25 cm.

Maximum lightness and maximum ergonomics were aimed in the design of the Bat series, taking into account shape and topology optimization.

This model is also available as the SL-PVL-1000VRT with larger suction cups and a lifting capacity of 1000 kg.
